The first texture layer was painted completely in the dark at night to allow the guidance of my intuition be present than a possible judgment of the mind to come in if it were daytime. Colors were picked through a feeling as I couldn't make out what I was picking up in the dark. This is a channeling of a spirit guide, Xuvdup, that assists in seeing the interconnectedness of all things as one. Let the energy of trust in self flow through your body with the movement of the textures. Notice what area you are drawn to most then repeat the affirmations.
